The Message Center offers a convenient, secure way to contact your credit union. Once the credit union responds to the message via the Message Center, a notification of a new message appears the next time you log in. Messages are tied to a case so that each time you send a new message, a new case is created. If you respond to an item, that message is contained within the original case.
