Delta Dental

PPFCU is pleased be able to offer you an opportunity to get dental insurance coverage theough Delta Dental in addition to the Government approved companies.  To be in compliance with Office of Personnel Management you must be a member of the Providence Postal Federal Credit Union and your monthly premium payments must come from your PPFCU savings or checking account.  Open enrollment is from November 10, 2008 through December 10, 2008. which means that Delta Dental must have your application by December 10th.  If you are a new hire, you have 30 days from the date of hire to sign up for Delta Dental. 

 

For you convenience, the enrollment forms are available on our web site.  All you need to do is to print them out, fill them in and then send them to Delta Dental.  If you need to open a PPFCU account, you can do it on-line or at one of our offices.
